About Ron McMinn

Ron McMinn is a partner at Win Attorneys in Tustin, California. He focuses on catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death, and also handles motorcycle, truck, traumatic brain injury, and UM and UIM claims for clients statewide.

He litigates personal injury matters in California state and federal court. Before joining Win Attorneys, Ron worked for a San Diego law firm. His knowledge of the insurance industry and the California Tort Claims Act helps when a claim involves notice rules, coverage fights, or defendants that are not a typical private driver.

Ron is admitted in California state and federal courts. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of San Diego, the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
